Dear valued clients, I strive to provide the best possible care for your pets. To ensure this, I need your cooperation with scheduling. My shop typically accommodates one pet at a time, unless they are from the same household. This is to minimize the risk of communicable diseases and reduce stress for timid pets. Please pick up your pet promptly within the 10-15 minute time frame given, as delays can cause backups for other scheduled pets. In case of emergencies, please contact me. A small fee will be charged for untimely pickups to maintain efficiency. Your understanding is appreciated.

Cancelation and No Show Policy
At Muddy Retrievers Dog Grooming by Alisha, we reserve dedicated time for each pet one on one. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, other clients miss the chance to book that time slot.This policy helps us run on time and respect everyone's schedule.
1. Cancellation Window We kindly ask for at least [24 / 48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than the required notice will incur a fee of $60 per scheduled pet.
3. No-Shows Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice is considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price based on your pets breed and length of time scheduled. Repeat offenses: After 2 missed visits, we may require full prepayment to book future appointments or reserve the right to decline future services.
4. Late Arrivals We offer a grace period of 10-15 minutes. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and the full service fee will still apply.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule You can easily change or cancel your appointment by:Calling or texting us at 570-637-8253. Replying to your automated reminder text or by sending us a message on our facebook page.
6. Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that sudden illness or true emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
